|State Building Code||The State of Minnesota has adopted the 2006 International Buidling Code (2006 IBC), the 2006 International Residential Code (2006 IRC), the 2006 International Fire Code (2006 IFC), the 2000 International Mechanical Code (2000 IMC) and the 2006 International Fuel Gas Code (2006 IFGC) statewide with the International Property Maintenance Code being adopted by local governments.
MN has a statewide building code. The state building codes division is preparing to adopt the 2012 editions of the I‐Codes, and the process should be complete by late 2011.
