All new members of the Permit Place staff undergo a rigorous and complete process of training, hands-on practice, and mentor-mentee relationships covering all aspects of the permitting and entitlement process. We also place a heavy emphasis on developing individual customer service and business skills for our employees. Our goal is to not only train employees to be permit experts, but to give our employees the skills to succeed in any professional environment.
We are all about communication. We need you to bring your positive, pro-active, professional personality and help our clients get their projects done. We use technology to communicate transparency and details. The job is about communication and if you are good at that AND can pick up the details of how to read plans, you may be a good fit for our company.
We are leaders in innovation in our industry and strive to push the boundaries of technology. Our team gets iPads and iPhones apps to complete their training, the projects and their billing. We are experts in process and so we use process improvement to improve the team.
