Domino’s & Jersey Mike’s Yucca Valley Secures Ground-Up Shopping Center and Restaurant Approvals

Permit Place recently completed full permit expediting services for a new multi-tenant shopping center development in Yucca Valley, California, anchored by Domino’s and Jersey Mike’s. The project included a ground-up four-tenant shell building along with complete commercial kitchen tenant improvements for both restaurant spaces.

The Town of Yucca Valley Community Development Department served as the authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) for plan review and approval. Civil site plans and CUP efforts were previously completed by Kimley-Horn, while Permit Place managed the permitting lifecycle for the shell building and restaurant build-outs from construction documents through final approvals.
