Do not let your plans sit on a reviewers desk! If the reviewer has questions, and they usually do, make sure they have several ways to get hold of the contact person.
Make sure your e-mail, cell phone, office phone and fax numbers can be easily found on the documents.
Most review staff are absolutely swamped nowadays and it is human nature to put your plans aside and get started on one that they know is a complete package.
If the review staff need additional information, make it easy for them to get the information from you. Besides, by the time they get a letter typed and sent to you it could be a week to 10 days delay.
