US Bank in Davis Secures TI Permits Through Coordinated Plan Review

Permit Place recently completed permit expediting services for a US Bank tenant improvement (TI) in a shopping center in Davis, CA. Working on behalf of RSP Architects, our team managed permits for an interior TI scope and coordinated associated exterior work. The project required close coordination with the City of Davis Community Development and Sustainability Department, Building and Safety Division, from initial submittal through plan check approval.
