Working with the City of San José Department of Planning, Building and Code Enforcement, Permit Place navigated the requirements for a complex mall tenant improvement (TI) while aligning with the broader URW program standards. Challenges
After first-round comments were issued by the City of San José, the design team required roughly three weeks to prepare the resubmission package.
