The Vuori renovation required a suite of permits: Building, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire. One major hurdle emerged when, after securing Building Approval, we discovered the plans had not been routed within the city for Fire Department sign-off.

This city oversight necessitated swift action and collaboration with city officials and the general contractor (GC) to expedite the process.
