This project, which included due diligence and permit expediting for building, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical permits, presented unique challenges.  Specifically, our team was brought in midway through the project to rescue a stalled construction project.

Our team’s task was to submit a post-permit revision for the J. Crew site, which was already under construction—a project initially handled by another firm.
