Permit Place recently completed a new building project for Eden Housing, a 45,411 sq ft mixed-use, affordable housing development in Palo Alto, CA. 

The project required a comprehensive approach to managing and expediting permits, including building, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire. Our team was tasked with ensuring smooth coordination between the architect and the city, which our project manager described as particularly challenging due to the specific requirements and extra documentation required for this publicly funded project.
