Permit Place recently completed permit expediting services for CO2 Meter on a Chipotle location in McKinney, TX. The scope of work focused on submitting and pulling a permit for a new CO2 Gas Detection Safety System as part of a stand alone tenant improvement (TI) project.
Our team managed the full coordination with the local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ), the Development Services Department, from application through plan check approval.

Challenges
As one of our first CO2 detection system permits, this project involved a significant learning curve for the Permit Place production team.
