The project centered on obtaining Building and Signage permits from the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety. 

The challenge was that the sign permit application process mandates a Sign Pre-Inspection (SPI). This delay threatened to derail our timeline. This coupled with delayed drawings for the signage, put immense pressure on the team to maintain the project schedule.
