Challenges Faced While Retail Permit

The Aedifica project presented a unique set of challenges because it was part of a multi-site rollout and required both Building and Fire permits. The biggest challenge was the need to submit to the Building Department and undergo a separate Sewer Availability Charge review through the Metropolitan Council (MET Council).

Coordination and extensive form-filling during the pre-submittal phase required meticulous attention to detail and close collaboration with both the client and the landlord.
